Mohs & Skin Cancer Surgery Before & After Case 4

This nice gentleman had a nasal defect after Mohs surgery for a basal cell skin cancer. Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz reconstructed his defect with a nasal bilobe flap and ear cartilage graft to prevent nostril collapse and to preserve his ability to breathe through the nose.  He is shown at six months after his reconstruction. He is very pleased with his results!
