Mohs & Skin Cancer Surgery Before & After Case 5

This patient had a skin cancer of the left ear. He had Mohs surgery to remove the cancer, with a resulting large defect involving the rim and posterior aspect of the ear with exposed cartilage.  Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz reconstructed this complicated defect using a pedicled postauricular local flap. He is shown 5 months after his surgery with outstanding results.
