Before the procedure, this patient presented with laxity along the lower face and neck, visible skin folds at the jowl line, and excess tissue beneath the chin that softened the jawline's definition. Fine lines were also present across the forehead and mid-face.

The after photo shows a more defined jawline and a smoother neck contour relative to the before image. The jowl area appears less prominent, and the transition from the face to the neck is more distinct. Forehead lines are also less pronounced in the after image.
