Sheila Weir, Patient Coordinator

Sheila has over 25 years of medical office experience. She is the point of contact for all patients from start to finish, walking them through their journeys. After patients consult with Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz, Sheila meets with patients to provide quotes, discuss any financing, and schedule surgeries. Her knowledge combined with her warm, friendly manner will help you feel comfortable in making this important decision. Sheila enjoys spending time with her two children, Braxton and Sophia. She loves being outside, enjoying nature, and spending time with her daughter at the barn.

Allie Harris, Esthetician

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Allie has been a licensed Esthetician since 2016. She specializes in HydraFacials, The Perfect Derma Peel, and dermaplaning, holding certifications as a Dermaplane Pro and a ZO Skin Health Expert. Outside of work, she cherishes moments with family, including her dachshund, Oliver, explores local restaurants, and enjoys the scenic beauty of the Carolinas’ beaches, mountains, and lakes.

Abigail Hyland, Administrative Assistant

Abby keeps the office running smoothly is always happy to handle any patient questions or concerns. A North Carolina native and UNCC graduate, she enjoys hiking with her boyfriend Christian and their dog Scout. 

Holly Dozier, Benefits Specialist

Holly has over 10 years of medical office experience and provides skill and expertise in provider credentialing, insurance, and patient billing. Holly a Connecticut native and Eastern Connecticut State University graduate; she has called North Carolina home for the past decade and spends her free time traveling with her husband John and daughter Julia.
