I first contacted Dilworth facial plastic surgery over a year ago and spoke with them about the mohs surgery I had done. I went back to the dermatologist to have it revised but unfortunately it became infected so I had to wait a year for it to heal completely before I could do anything. Fast forward a year, I made and appointment for a consultation with dilworth plastic surgery and Allie the nice receptionist was so knowledgeable and comforting. The Drs both Andrea Garcia and Dr. Joshua Surowitz are wonderful. They are a great team that work closely together to figure out the best approach specifically for me. That's what made me know this is the best place for my needs. I have had Lazer for red veins on my nose and now dermabrasion to smooth the scars. I am excited to see the outcome in a month or so but I am happy with the decision to have them do my procedures and will give an update in a few months to share more.

The surgeons and staff are awesome! I recently had the facial forehead flap surgery and was very nervous the go through it, but the staff was very comforting and explained everything in great detail. I searched months for the perfect doctor to remove xanthelasma lesions from both my eyelids. I saw 3 plastic surgeons through coworker recommendations prior to landing at Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery. I did my own research and found amazing online reviews, the doctor’s education background and pictures proving their outstanding work. The very moment I entered into the warm inviting home-like setting of the office and was greeted by the friendliest of staff of any doctor’s office I have ever been in, I just knew this was the place for me. Then I met not one doctor but two doctors, who both talked to me like they were my friend from the very moment we met. I was not rushed out of the office: they smiled at me, they truly wanted to get to know me, they laughed with me and they honestly wanted me to be comfortable with the decision I was making to remove these lesions. They even suggested a blepharoplasty along with xanthelasma removal, which I had not even considered prior to meeting them. After much thought, I did as they suggested and all I can say is I have no regrets. Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz are top notch, A+ doctors. Their staff is outstanding as well and I know from personal experience, you will receive the very best treatment under their care!!!!
For me, a superior customer experience begins with initial contact and continues until after the service is complete. In other words, it is a full circle because once the loop is closed, it is time to decide if you will use this business again. I was most fortunate to have that perfect experience at Dilworth Facial Plastics when Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surrowitz won me over. This surgery was not something I took lightly, and I endlessly researched it. The turning point for me was receiving a recommendation from a highly regarded surgeon in the area, followed by a no-stress and informative consultation. This meeting began our relationship. I scheduled an Upper Blepharoplasty and Deep Plane Facelift without feeling uninformed or anxious. My pre-op was a breeze as the doctors and Sheila Weir (patient coordinator) outlined each step I would take and how it could impact me. Until surgery, Sheila sent reminders and was available anytime for Q&A. There were never any surprises, which was a big deal for me. I was given a carry bag containing literally everything I might need and written instructions guiding me through the process. Thank God they prepared me in advance because I could focus on the surgery, rest peacefully, and not think about a checklist of things I needed. On the day of surgery, Allie, the perfect example of a customer-focused employee, cheerfully greeted me. She is helpful and professional any time I interact with her. The surgery went well, and I was reminded of post-surgery instructions, including what to expect while I recovered. Not at any time did I feel uninformed or unable to get help, no matter the time of day or night. At one point, I was concerned about a place on my face, and Dr. Surrowitz came in on a Saturday to relieve my worries. I could text pictures at any point to show progression in my healing, although I had weekly in-office appointments. They held my hand the entire time. Today, 90 days later, I am in awe at how these procedures tweaked my appearance. I do not look different but refreshed, more vibrant, and ten years younger. This success could not have happened without the skill, care, and love of Dr. Garcia, Dr. Surrowitz, Sheila, and the phenomenal support team. I could not be more pleased with this entire experience and highly recommend this practice.
