I had never had Botox before and with my fear of needles I was pretty nervous. Catherine walked me through everything before hand and did not pressure me to follow through with the actual procedure. Once I decided to go for it, she was very communicative around what she was doing and when. It was a total breeze! I am now a forever customer!
They have been absolutely amazing with my earlobe surgery! At 27 I realized a piercing I got when I was young was really stretching out to the point of almost tearing my earlobe. I got the earlobe surgery, healed, and had a re-piercing done in January 2020. After that I repeatedly had a bad reaction to any earring I tried to put in my new piercing because of my sensitive skin and tissue buildup. It seemed like any type of metal I tried gave me problems and the hole never healed. The doctors saw me FOR FREE for A YEAR WORTH of appointments until we FINALLY figured it out!!! They did all of their treatments completely free and even refunded me for a pair of medical grade gold earrings I bought from them that I still had a bad reaction to. After a year of trying different methods and the second cautery treatment I finally have a normal piercing and can wear earrings again! Through a year of trying they always said to me “we’re not going to give up on you. You came in to be able to wear earrings and so that’s what we’re going to make sure you can do.” They are AMAZING! Not to mention so kind and friendly. If I ever have any other procedures I want done I am definitely going back!!
I had a great experience visiting Dilworth Facial plastics. Catherine took the best care of me. She was informative and made me feel very comfortable for my first Botox appointment (ever). She came highly recommended, and it was clear why. Is you’re looking for somewhere to go for Botox, she will take great care of you!!
I was (still am) extremely pleased with my experience at DFPS! Dr. Andrea Garcia and Dr. Josh Surowitz are so knowledgeable and I immediately felt like I had found the right team for rhinoplasty. Along with their outstanding staff (Holly and Sheila), they made the entire process so comfortable and easy. My results are amazing and all I could've hoped for. Additionally, I just started seeing the RN Catherine and she is wonderful as well. Can't recommend this provider enough!
Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz are AMAZINGGGG and super friendly!!! from the moment you walk in they immediately make you feel at home. Sheila is also just as wonderful! They are very understanding to your needs and will give you exactly what you are looking for. Very keen to detail and professional. If i could give them 100 stars I would! will definitely be back.
I'm so thankful I found Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery! After being diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma, I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz, who work together as an amazing team! Following MOHS Surgery, they immediately performed the closure and did an absolutely incredible job! They treated me with care and kindness and made me feel like part of the family. They have an incredible office staff as well, that made my experience so easy, especially considering the seriousness of situation and that I was in very new territory.
