The before photos show visible softening along the jawline, with tissue descent contributing to jowling, along with laxity in the neck. The lower eyelids show fullness and a degree of shadowing beneath the eyes. This patient underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift combined with lower blepharoplasty to address those areas.

The deep plane facelift and necklift works at a deeper layer of facial tissue, repositioning the mid and lower face and neck together. The lower blepharoplasty addressed the fullness and shadowing visible beneath the eyes in the before photos.

In the after photos, the jawline appears more defined, with a reduction in the jowling visible before surgery. The neck shows a cleaner angle and contour. Beneath the eyes, the fullness is less prominent and the shadowing has diminished relative to the before state.
