This patient underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift to address those areas. She had previous neck liposuction performed by another practice some years ago, which she felt left her neck under her chin appearing irregular.  The decision was made to proceed with a deep plane facelift and necklift to address her jowl formation, improve jawline definition, and improve the contour of the neck.
