Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift Before & After Case 117

This 50 year old female patient sought elective facial rejuvenation with the goal of achieving a refreshed and rested appearance.  Before seeking a revision facelift in Charlotte, she noticed sagging in her lower face and neck, along with droopiness around her brow and eyelids. These concerns left her feeling that her outward appearance did not match her inner energy. Following a careful consultation, a tailored surgical plan was developed to address her unique needs.

Her treatment included a comprehensive revision deep plane preservation facelift and neck lift, brow lift, and upper eyelid surgery. Each procedure targeted distinct areas: the deep plane preservation revision facelift and neck lift addressed laxity in the jawline and neck, while the brow lift and eyelid surgery elevated and refined the upper facial contours. Recovery progressed as expected. The patient followed post-operative instructions to support optimal healing and natural-looking results.

The outcome has provided subtle yet significant and natural improvements. Her facial contours appear smoother. Eye and brow positioning now better reflect her vibrant spirit. The adjustments have helped restore facial harmony while maintaining her unique features.
