Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift Before & After Case 119

This 46 year old patient sought a deep plane preservation facelift and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) in Charlotte with the goal of addressing visible signs of facial aging. She reported concerns about sagging skin along the jawline, deepening facial folds, a general loss of facial definition, and banding in the neck. After careful consultation and consideration of surgical options, this patient opted for a deep plane preservation facelift and neck lift and upper eyelid surgery to achieve a refreshed appearance while maintaining natural facial features.

The procedure was performed by Dr. Joshua Surowitz and Dr. Andrea Garcia at Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery. Throughout the process, the patient experienced clear communication about what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Following the procedure, the patient recovered as anticipated. As shown in the photos above, improvements were seen in upper eyelid contour, facial contour, jawline definition, and neck contour.
