This patient underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty. The deep plane technique works at the level of deeper facial tissue, repositioning structures in the midface, lower face, and neck rather than addressing skin alone. The eyelid procedures addressed the upper and lower lids in the same surgical setting.

The before photos show descent and fullness along the jawline and neck, along with heaviness in the upper lids and puffiness beneath the lower lids.
