The deep plane facelift and necklift repositioned and tightened tissue along the lower face and neck. The eyelid surgery (upper blepharoplasty) reduced the excess skin visible on the upper lids. Facial fat transfer placed volume in the under eye hollows (tear troughs), midface, and at the frown lines below the corners of the mouth (marionette lines) where hollowing was apparent before surgery.
