Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift Before & After Case 139

This patient underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift, brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and facial fat grafting in a single surgical setting. In the before photo, the midface and jowls show notable laxity, the neck has visible soft tissue descent, the brow sits low across its length, and the upper eyelids carry excess skin that partially obscures the lid platform. Volume appears diminished through the cheeks and temples.

The after photo shows a more defined jawline with reduced jowling, a tighter neck contour, and a lifted brow position that opens the upper face. The upper lids appear less encumbered by excess skin, and the lower lids show a smoother transition from lid to cheek. The cheeks and temples appear fuller, consistent with the fat grafting performed.
