Deep Plane Facelift

This patient underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift at Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery. The procedure works in a deeper layer of facial tissue than a standard facelift, repositioning the underlying muscular structure along with the overlying skin.

In the before photo, the midface shows a flattened contour, with notable laxity along the jawline and soft tissue descent in the cheek and jowl areas. The neck also shows loose skin and reduced definition at the jaw-cervical angle. The after photo, taken three months post-procedure, shows a more defined jawline, reduced jowling, and a sharper angle between the neck and chin. Cheek fullness is more prominent, and the overall facial contour appears lifted relative to the before image.
