Upper Lip Lift Before & After Case 142

This patient underwent a combination of upper lip lift, facial fat grafting, and lower blepharoplasty. In the before photo, the upper lip appears elongated with limited vermillion show, and the midface has a deflated quality, with fine lines visible around the mouth. The area beneath the eyes shows mild laxity and shadowing.

The after photo shows a more youthful upper lip height with more visibility of the red lip and improved vermillion visibility at the upper lip border. Volume appears more evenly distributed through the midface and cheek area, and the under-eye region looks less hollow. The lines around the mouth are less pronounced compared to the before image.
