Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift Before & After Case 104

This patient underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift, brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser resurfacing of the face. The photos shown were taken four months after surgery.

Before surgery, the photos show visible laxity along the jawline and neck, loose skin beneath the chin, a heavier brow position that reduced the apparent space above the upper eyelids, and excess upper eyelid skin.
